Q215. Can the Alternate Designated Representative (ADR) create a user profile before a Designated Representative (DR)?

A215. Yes.  The DR and ADR can register as e-GGRT users in any order.  To complete facility registration, however, the DR must sign the Certificate of Representation first, then the optional ADR.
