Q223. Can an ADR be appointed after the registration deadline?

A223. Yes, but make the ADR appointment well in advance of the reporting deadline.  A new ADR must complete e-GGRT user registration, submit an Electronic Signature Agreement to EPA, and the Electronic Signature Agreement must be approved by EPA before the ADR may accept the appointment.
