Q315. EPA has said that data submitted during the testing period will not be treated as confidential.  Is there a risk that data submitted during testing will be made publicly available?

A315. Data entered during the test period will not be treated as confidential and may be made publicly available.  EPA encourages testers concerned about this possibility to enter only test data.
