A497. If the knockout pot is located within the gas processing facility boundary, then it would be part of the facility. Emissions subject to reporting include equipment leak emissions from components related to the knockout pot. Additionally, if the knockout pot is blown down, then blowdown vent stack or flare stack emissions would be subject to reporting. However, a knockout pot does not meet the definition of a dehydrator in 40 CFR 98.6 of subpart A; thus, the knockout pot is not subject to the dehydrator provisions in subpart W.
