New e-GGRT Login Process

As of August 17, 2024 all e-GGRT users must use Login.gov credentials to access e-GGRT.
If you have not completed the one-time Login.gov migration process, refer to Login.gov Migration Process for information and instructions.
Go to the e-GGRT login page at https://ghgreporting.epa.gov (If you have previously used e-GGRT, you will notice that the password field has been removed from the e-GGRT LOGIN section).
Enter your user name and click the NEXT button.
A page will be displayed indicating that you are leaving e-GGRT.
Click on the "Proceed to Login.gov" button.
You will then be redirected to the Login.gov site.
Enter your email address and password, then click the "Sign in" button.
A one-time code will be sent to you depending on the authentication method that you chose during Login.gov migration. Click
In this example, "Text or voice message" was selected as the authentication method during the migration process as it is the most common option used.
Next, enter the one-time code and click the "Submit" button.
If authentication is successful, you will be taken back to e-GGRT where you will see that you are logged in and may now use e-GGRT.
