If you see the Account Activation Pending page after you login to e-GGRT, it means that EPA has not yet received and approved your Electronic Signature and Use Agreement (ESA). 

  1. You can print out your ESA again, if needed.
  2. You can click the "Use identity proofing service LexisNexis" link if you'd prefer the option to waiting for your printed/signed/mailed copy to be received and processed by EPA.

If you've chosen the paper/mail option you will be notified by email when your account is activated. Once your account is activated you will no longer see this page after logging into the e-GGRT portal.
