Subpart C Streamlined Reporting: At-A-Glance

Who:

Tier 1 Configurations are eligible for streamlined reporting if the fuels employ a Tier 1 emissions calculation methodology (Eq. C-1, Eq. C-1a, or Eq. C-1b).


Tier 2 Configurations are eligible for streamlined reporting if the fuels employ a Tier 2 emissions calculation methodology (Eq. C-2a, or Eq. C-2c).


Tier 3 Configurations are eligible for streamlined reporting if the fuels employ a Tier 3 emissions calculation methodology (Eq. C-3, C-4, or C-5).

 

Streamlined Reporting is not possible for:

All Tiers

Configurations are marked as non-operational for the reporting year.
Configurations that have no fuels.

Tier 1

Configurations that include fuels employing a mixture of Tier 1 with Tiers 2 and/or 3.
Configurations that include Municipal Solid Waste, or Tires, or Blended Fuels.

Tier 2 

Configurations that include Blended Fuels.

Tier 3 

No restrictions beyond those listed for "All Tiers" above.

How:

If a facility is eligible for the Subpart C Streamlined Reporting Tool, a pop-up containing each eligible Tier will automatically appear on the Subpart C Overview Page. The streamlined reporting feature is not available for every user, and the option for this new reporting functionality appears only if a facility has eligible configuration/fuel combinations. Please note that using streamlined reporting is not required, and users will still have access to the traditional e-GGRT webforms.
