Known Technical Issues Regarding FLIGHT

Description 

Web Browser Compatibility

Issue: Users with Internet Explorer 8 or below experience sluggish webpage loading and may receive a script error upon entering the FLIGHT site that states: "A script on this page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive. Do you want to abort the script?". 

Workaround: If you receive the script error message, click "Yes" and proceed with one of the two workaround options listed below to resolve this issue:

  • Option 1. Update Internet Explorer to version 9 or higher.  (NOTE:  If you are using Internet Explorer version 9 or higher and the FLIGHT webpages still aren't loading properly, then make sure you do not have compatibility mode on.)
  • Option 2. Use a different browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox
