EPA's Central Data Exchange (CDX) implemented strengthened security measures that affect all e-GGRT account holders. To comply with the security measures, new users are required to select three (3) security questions and provide answers to each during e-GGRT user registration. These questions will be used to assist you with account management activities (e.g., editing your email address) in the future.

These security questions and answers replaced the old e-GGRT "secret" question and answer.

 

If you are unable to successfully answer your security question you will need to contact the CDX Help Desk at 1-888-890-1995. The GHGRP Help Desk cannot provide assistance with security question issues.
