Q646. Our facility has SF6 gas cylinders. Do we include those in reporting under subpart DD?

A646. Servicing inventory such as gas cylinders should not be included in determining applicability, but if the rule applies to your facility then the servicing emissions must be accounted for in annual reports.  EPA requires the accuracy and precision of scales used to weigh cylinders to be within +/- 2 pounds of true weight.
